Howorth Pools and Spas

I started the process of having a new liner installed in March with another business. They would only contact me via email.A person came out measured the pool and I did not hear anything back. I called, they told me I had to email them. So emailed them once a week for 5 weeks and I kept getting the same reply “I’m out of town until next Tuesday email me then” I called Howorth it was late in the evening and I got their voicemail and just hung up, I figured I would just call back in the morning. A few minutes later Gracie called me back and got everything going. Jeff and his crew did what they said for the price they quoted. The entire team at Howorth is awesome. I cannot say enough good things about these people.

This company was a pleasure to work With. Jeff is a super friendly guy and knowledgeable of pools, spas and just about anything you can think of. He quoted the liner (half of what I paid for the last one) came about a week later, installed and started filling with water. Next day came out and put chemicals in and my grand baby was swimming by late afternoon in a half full pool.I love the deep blue color. He is my new pool, spa guy and I was so Thankful to find him.

This company was awesome to work with. They were prompt and courteous. No waiting list. I spoke with the owner Jeff Howorth at the beginning of the swimming pool season. I figured I would be put on a waiting list because we waited to long to book. Jeff said no list and it would be done promptly. They were very informative and on time. Every time I called I always received a person and they stayed on top of everything until the job was done. In the process I made a new friend. I would highly recommend this company, Good Price, Good Quality Product, Major Experience, Good Service, Good Communications, Highly Motivated. They have been in the business now for many decades. This company is absolutely fantastic and have been in the pool business for decades here in Georgia. I had an issue with my swimming pool down in South Florida. The supply chain for various parts has been disrupted due to COVID and other factors and it has been a challenge to get parts at times.
